Ancient tools, modern healing – yoga therapy for mind, body and spirit.

At Beyond The Pose Yoga, we share yoga as a living tradition — grounded in rest, rhythm, and resilience. Through simple, timeless practices of movement, breath, and stillness, Shelley guides students toward greater self-awareness and ease in daily life. Each class and consultation is designed to meet you where you are, whether you’re seeking calm, managing stress or chronic conditions, or looking to reconnect with your own inner compass.

This is more than movement — it’s a toolkit for life.
